Delegation of BASS Visits Italy and Serbia for Academic Exchange and MOU Signing

　　From June 9 to 14, 2025, He Yalan, president of BASS, led a delegation to Italy and Serbia for academic exchanges. The delegation visited enterprises, universities, think tanks, associations, and government sectors to introduce the research achievements of BASS and the development of Beijing, gain advanced experience, expand cooperation network, and enhance the global influence of high-end think tanks of Beijing.

　　A significant achievement of the visit was the signing of cooperation framework memorandums with Centro Europa Ricerche (CER) in Italy and the Belt and Road Institute in Serbia respectively. The memorandums clarify the cooperation framework between the two sides in the fields of think tank construction, artificial intelligence, digital economy, international communication and research of the "Belt and Road" initiative, covering international academic cooperation and seminars, scientific research cooperation, and personnel exchange visits. It laid the foundation for cooperation on global issues and marked a crucial step forward for BASS on its path to internationalization.
