Vice President of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan Visits BASS

收藏On March 19, 2025, at the invitation of BASS, Serik Seidumanov, vice president of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, led a delegation to visit BASS for academic exchange. Professor Xie Hui, secretary of the leading Party members’ group at BASS, met with the guests and warmly welcomed the delegation. The two sides expressed the hope of further expanding academic collaboration to inject new impetus into building a closer China-Kazakhstan community with a shared future.

At the following academic meeting, Vice president of BASS Fan Wenzhong extended a warm welcome to the guests and briefly introduced the development of BASS. The meeting was chaired by vice president Lu Ya, and more than 20 experts and scholars engaged in in-depth discussions. The two sides reached cooperative consensuses on joint research, think tank collaboration, and academic publication.

Mr. Serik Seidumanov expressed his gratitude for the warm reception from BASS. He highly praised the outstanding achievements of BASS in recent years and introduced the development of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan.
